Wersja z 12:47, 23 maj 2012
Bolid z 25 października 1995 roku - EN251095A „Tisza”.
O godzinie 02:25:53 (UT) 25 października 1995 roku nad Europą Środkową obserwowano jasny bolid (o jasności dochodzącej do -16,1m). Przelot bolidu został zarejestrowany przez 6 stacji bolidowych (5 czeskich i 1 słowacką) European Fireball Network (EN). Pozwoliło to wyliczyć orbitę meteoroidu i dane dotyczące ewentualnego spadku.
Meteoroid wszedł w atmosferę z prędkością 29,22 km/s i zapłonął na wysokości 80,54 km. Zgasł na wysokości 26,5 km przy prędkości 12,1 km/s. Był to bolid typu I. Według obserwatorów z EN początkowa masa meteoroidu wynosiła 890 kg, a wyniki modelowania przelotu dopuszczają spadek fragmentu o wadze nawet 2,6 kg[1].
